România vrea să te cunoască – young professional programme
Înscrie-te într-o experiență profesională și culturală imersivă pentru tineri români la început de carieră din diaspora, de generația a II-a.
România vrea să te cunoască – Young professionals programme, organizat de Asociația Cred în România, cu sprijinul Repatriot, aduce 100 de tineri români din diaspora, de generația a II-a, în București, oferindu-le oportunități profesionale la început de carieră și o experiență culturală imersivă, prin care să (re)descopere România.
Programul propune tinerilor din diaspora:
1. Stagii de practică plătite și locuri de muncă permanente la angajatori performanți în București.
2. O comunitate de tineri profesioniști, activități culturale și sociale pentru a experimenta România din plin.
Dacă ești un tânăr cu origini românești (indiferent de etnie sau cetățenie), student sau absolvent de univ., ai între 20 și 30 de ani și locuiești în afara României/Rep. Moldova de cel puțin 5 ani, aplică pentru stagii de practică plătite, posturi pe perioadă scurtă sau posturi pe perioadă nedeterminată, oferite de partenerii angajatori, în București.
Nu vei fi singur în această aventură. În plus față de oportunitatea profesională, noi, voluntarii Cred în România:
✔️ Te îndrumăm cu tot ce trebuie să știi despre viața în București, inclusiv alegerea unei cazări;
✔️ Construim o comunitate cu ceilalți participanți la program, dar și cu tineri profesioniști care locuiesc deja în București;
✔️ Organizăm pentru tine activități sociale, culturale și de timp liber, precum ieșiri în oraș, excursii de weekend și dezbateri;
✔️ Te sprijinim pe întreaga perioadă a șederii tale cu toate aspectele ce țin de viața profesională și extra-profesională;
✔️ Îți prezentăm noi oportunități profesionale și de dezvoltare.
Condiții de eligibilitate
- Ești:
– cetățean al României sau al Rep. Moldova, indiferent de etnie
sau
– etnic român, indiferent de cetățenie. - Ai cel puțin 20 și cel mult 30 de ani la momentul aplicației.
- Locuiești în prezent și de cel puțin 5 ani în afara României/Rep. Moldova.
- Ești student curent sau absolvent al unei universități, cel puțin nivel licență.
- Nu ai absolvit un ciclu universitar în România/Republica Moldova, și nu ești student curent în România/Republica Moldova.
Cum funcționează?
- Dacă respecți condițiile de eligibilitate de mai sus, poți aplica pentru una sau mai multe dintre oportunitățile profesionale listate.
- Vei primi un mail de confirmare a recepționării aplicației în termen de 2 săptămâni. Dacă nu primești mailul de confirmare în 14 zile, scrie-ne la cariere@credinromania.ro.
- Asociația „Cred în România” transmite aplicația ta către partenerii angajatori, care vor urma procedurile interne de recrutare. Acestea variază de la angajator la angajator, și pot include etape suplimentare precum interviuri.
- Dacă ești selectat de partenerul angajator, conform condițiilor și ofertei acestuia, iar tu alegi să vii în România pentru o perioadă scurtă sau nedeterminată, devii participant al programului România Vrea să te Cunoască – Young Professionals Programme.
- Asociația „Cred în România” îți va oferi o experiență culturală și socială imersivă, sprijinindu-te să te integrezi cât mai ușor și să trăiești România din plin, alături de ceilalți participanți la program.
- Ofertele disponibile și partenerii se actualizează constant. Verifică pagina periodic.
