Responsibilities:

Review the Latest Contract Template

The foundation of a successful business agreement starts with the contract. It’s essential to have the latest version of each contract, ensuring that it accurately reflects the company’s terms and conditions, agreed-upon prices, and other key elements. Key points to review include:

  • Updated Terms & Conditions: Double-check that the contract accurately reflects any updates to the company’s policies or legal requirements.
  • Agreed Pricing: Ensure that the prices outlined in the contract match the terms that were agreed upon.
  • Contract Period: Confirm that the start and end dates are correct, and that any renewal or termination clauses are clearly defined.

Creating Studies to Support Business Strategy

The process involves analyzing both internal and external data sources to provide meaningful insights for the business information team.

  • Centralized Data: Data is aggregated from various internal systems, including Coface studies, to support decision-making. By centralizing this data, we identify trends, risks, and opportunities that will guide strategic initiatives.
  • Public Data Sources: It’s also essential to incorporate information from reliable public websites, industry reports, and external studies to build a complete picture of the market and our competitive landscape.
  • Strategic Support: These studies are designed to inform strategic goals, ensuring that each decision is backed by accurate, up-to-date insights. This supports the business in making informed choices that align with long-term objectives.

Ensuring Data Accuracy in Internal Tools

The tools we use internally, such as Centrix, are essential for managing and analyzing data across various departments.

  • Internal Review: It’s essential to regularly review the information entered into tools like Centrix. Ensure that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date to avoid any potential missteps in strategy.
  • Quality Control: Ongoing checks should be in place to identify and correct errors before they impact the analysis or decision-making processes.

Profile of the candidate:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Flexible and eager to learn.
