Energy Policy Group (EPG), Bucharest’s leading think-tank focusing on decarbonization policies in Romania and Central Eastern Europe, is looking for motivated and talented students or young professionals to join our team as interns. The selected interns will support one of EPG’s main research departments: Energy Systems or Clean Economy.
Responsibilities:
As a Research Intern, you will:
- Support the preparation of reports, policy papers, and presentations.
- Participate in international research teams as part of our research grants.
- Monitor key policy developments at national and EU levels.
- Actively participate in the design and organisation of events, support in drafting presentations and engage with key stakeholders.
- Draft op-eds and commentaries.

What makes you a good fit for us:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree programme (example: Political Science, Economics, International Relations).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English.
