Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in preparing technical documentation for construction projects.
- Participate in identifying technical solutions, considering both functional and aesthetic aspects of the projects.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation (specifications, execution details) in accordance with current regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the impact of technical solutions on costs and project budgets.
- Contribute to the preparation of material lists for ongoing projects.
- Learn to use specific programs for static and dynamic calculations of structural resistance.
- Participate in verifying technical documentation and estimates for construction works.
- Assist with measurements and checks on the construction site under the guidance of mentors.
- Attend approval meetings and gain an understanding of the process of presenting technical documentation.
- Help centralize and manage documents necessary for the Building Book.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and familiarize with industry standards.
Requirements
- Student or recent graduate in Construction Engineering or a related field.
- Interest in construction design and a strong desire to learn from field specialists.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Robot, Advance Steel, and Revit, or a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
- Familiarity with construction regulations and standards, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a desire to find effective solutions to technical problems.
