Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing Digital AI solutions, such as chatbots, RPA automations, and Power Apps, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the development of applications using Microsoft Azure OpenAI and Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with different departments and third-party suppliers to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating Digital AI solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolve issues with AI solutions after deployment.
- Stay up to date with emerging Digital AI technologies and assist the team in evaluating their potential applications.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development, with a strong willingness to learn more about Digital AI solutions and related technologies.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps Platform, including Power Automate (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the opportunity to enhance these skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset for working in cross-functional teams.
