Responsibilities
- Monitors the operation of installations and helps prevent issues that could cause serious failures or equipment damage.
- Assists in creating or modifying the operating regime of installations.
- Executes maneuvers in installations to modify the operational status, according to emerging situations (incidents, works, etc.).
- Follows procedures for resolving incidents and malfunctions.
- Keeps records of activities performed and measures taken or received.
- Applies instructions from senior teams.
- Provides support to operational staff by clearly communicating tasks to be performed.
- Contributes to preparing reports on the technical condition and operating parameters of installations.
- Informs senior teams about any deviations from normal parameters and proposes corrective measures.
- Reports any event or incident occurring in the installations being monitored.
- Helps with the continuous monitoring of installations to ensure their ongoing and efficient operation.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education in the energy sector.
- Availability for shift work (12/24, 12/48).
- Interest in the operation and maintenance of energy installations.
- Training courses or willingness to learn about dispatcher activities.
- Analytical ability and initiative in solving problems.
- Basic knowledge in using PCs and specialized software.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibilities.
Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and discipline.
