Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating internal and external employee documentation, including employment contracts, addenda, and job descriptions.
- Support the management of employee hiring and departure documentation, such as probation period forms and termination notes.
- Help maintain employee records in compliance with legal and internal procedures.
- Assist in centralizing and managing vacation records, including scheduling and reporting.
- Provide support in preparing documents for seconded employees or foreign workers, such as A1 forms and work permits.
- Help maintain relationships with medical service providers and occupational safety services when needed.
- Issue employee-requested documents, including certificates and payslips.
- Support payroll processes, including verifying timesheets, leave, and absences.
- Participate in annual HR processes, such as performance management and training.
- Assist in reporting and calculating HR performance indicators, including employee turnover and retention rates.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the HR team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong motivation and interest in learning about HR in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role is not required but would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in process improvement and participating in HR projects.
