Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating internal and external employee documentation, including employment contracts, addenda, and job descriptions.
  • Support the management of employee hiring and departure documentation, such as probation period forms and termination notes.
  • Help maintain employee records in compliance with legal and internal procedures.
  • Assist in centralizing and managing vacation records, including scheduling and reporting.
  • Provide support in preparing documents for seconded employees or foreign workers, such as A1 forms and work permits.
  • Help maintain relationships with medical service providers and occupational safety services when needed.
  • Issue employee-requested documents, including certificates and payslips.
  • Support payroll processes, including verifying timesheets, leave, and absences.
  • Participate in annual HR processes, such as performance management and training.
  • Assist in reporting and calculating HR performance indicators, including employee turnover and retention rates.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within the HR team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong motivation and interest in learning about HR in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required but would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in process improvement and participating in HR projects.
