Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, designing, and documenting network configurations.
- Support the setup and maintenance of network systems, including equipment configuration and testing.
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of network designs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Help troubleshoot network issues and recommend improvements.
- Support network architecture development and maintain related documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on network projects.
- Assist in conducting quality tests and performance assessments of network systems.
- Provide operational support and contribute to pre-sales activities when needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of or ongoing study for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read technical documentation.
- Familiarity with IP protocols, routing, switching, and network services (DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
- Exposure to Layer 2/Layer 3 networking principles and Cisco equipment.
- Willingness to learn about LAN/WAN topologies, MPLS, and transport methods.
- Interest in troubleshooting and network optimization.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and Quality of Service (QoS).
- No prior experience required—just a strong passion for networking and learning.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
