Responsibilities
- Participate in managing the project lifecycle: planning, implementation, execution.
- Collaborate with teams to meet the plan and standards.
- Support monitoring the project’s progress and meeting deadlines.
- Support team supervision and monitor the progress of activities.
- Attend progress meetings with the team and suppliers.
- Monitor the performance of the team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Assist in creating the detailed plan and managing objectives, deadlines, and resources.
- Follow up on the implementation of the work plan and manage time.
- Help update the project status and report progress.
- Oversee the budget and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial limits.
- Collaborate with financial departments and assist in resource allocation.
- Participate in managing the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and prepare reports for authorities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Participate in implementing safety procedures and quality control.
Requirements
- Student in construction or energy fields.
- Knowledge in using project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management.
- Understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and cost management.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control procedures in construction or energy projects.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prepare and present reports to management and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and grow in project management.
