Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, updating, and coordination of work schedules for projects.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of activities and resources required for project execution.
- Track project progress against key milestones and assist in updating dashboards, identifying potential risks, problems, and difficult areas, facilitating their resolution.
- Help identify the main interdependencies of work schedules and collaborate with the involved teams to develop and implement suitable plans.
- Work with the project managers’ team to forecast project costs during execution.
- Participate in the development and implementation of cost and budget management tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports for the project and company management.
- Help integrate information into Execution Programs to identify specific risks and monitor them to eliminate or reduce their impact.
- Along with the project team, assist in developing measures to accelerate or recover from delays, depending on the project requirements and contract specifics.
- Help integrate information into Execution Programs so that annexes such as Cash Flow, S-curves, equipment/personnel/material needs, and quantities distributed over time intervals can be generated according to the plan.
Requirements
- Student or graduate in the field of construction (CCIA, CFDP, Building Installations).
- Basic technical knowledge in the execution of construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of planning, updating, and coordinating construction projects.
- Minimum knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Basic knowledge of cost control and project budget estimation.
