Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and assist in creating technical and commercial offers, ensuring the proposed solutions meet customer needs and budget constraints.
- Participate in technical discussions with customers and provide consultancy on selecting the best security solutions.
- Support the design, planning, and organization of the installation of surveillance equipment, including cameras, DVR/NVR, access control systems, and other security technologies.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Integrate surveillance systems with other existing security or IT solutions.
- Perform tests to verify that all systems function correctly and meet technical specifications.
- Provide training for end-users on the proper use of surveillance and security systems.
- Offer post-installation technical support to address issues as they arise.
- Help with the periodic maintenance of installed equipment to prevent potential failures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and through on-site interventions.
- Assist in updating and modernizing security systems in line with technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of video surveillance systems, IP networks, access control systems, and other security solutions.
- Technical analysis skills with a keen interest in learning about bidding and technical consultancy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines, with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-site interventions for hands-on learning.
- Desire to earn certifications in security systems and video surveillance.
