Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and assist in creating technical and commercial offers, ensuring the proposed solutions meet customer needs and budget constraints.
  • Participate in technical discussions with customers and provide consultancy on selecting the best security solutions.
  • Support the design, planning, and organization of the installation of surveillance equipment, including cameras, DVR/NVR, access control systems, and other security technologies.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Integrate surveillance systems with other existing security or IT solutions.
  • Perform tests to verify that all systems function correctly and meet technical specifications.
  • Provide training for end-users on the proper use of surveillance and security systems.
  • Offer post-installation technical support to address issues as they arise.
  • Help with the periodic maintenance of installed equipment to prevent potential failures.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and through on-site interventions.
  • Assist in updating and modernizing security systems in line with technological advancements.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of video surveillance systems, IP networks, access control systems, and other security solutions.
  • Technical analysis skills with a keen interest in learning about bidding and technical consultancy.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines, with strong time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in on-site interventions for hands-on learning.
  • Desire to earn certifications in security systems and video surveillance.
