What else do we expect?

●       Technical university degree (oil & gas, mechanical, electrical or construction engineering) and a minimum of 1 year of experience in industry.

●       H&S certification: Risk Assessor and H&S Inspector is a plus.

●       Romanian speaker; English skills

●       Excellent communication skills;

Your Future Role

• Promotes, communicates and monitors implementation of Occupational Health & Safety legal requirements and Holcim standards for all activities in cement plant.
• The core focus of the H&S Engineer is to promote, communicate and monitor implementation of Occupational Health & Safety legal requirements and Holcim standards for all activities in the cement plant.
• As an H&S Engineer, you maintain an overview of the activity as well as and zoom in on the details.
• By installing and improving the processes, you improve the H&S culture within all layers of the organization.
• With your knowledge and expertise, you are able to support, guide and challenge line management, workforce and contractors to assure compliance.
• As an H&S Engineer, you are also responsible for local audits and actively participate in the H&S planning.
• Followed by execution of the H&S standards through development and maintenance of sustainable framework to identify hazards, evaluate risks and define specific mitigation actions to reduce H&S risks.
