Electrical Project Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Electrical Project Engineer to lead critical electrical infrastructure initiatives within our operations. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will manage and coordinate the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems for industrial facilities. Your objective: ensure high system reliability, compliance with standards, and seamless integration into plant operations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical project management or industrial automation (preferred)
- Experience with designing and implementing LV/MV electrical systems
- Knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and safety regulations
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken)
Ability to manage stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors effectively - Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset, with a strong commitment to safety and innovation
Your Future Role
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering projects from concept to commissioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical and safety standards. You’ll also support continuous improvement initiatives across the electrical infrastructure of the plant.
Lead the design, procurement, and installation of electrical systems
Responsible for carrying out monthly, weekly, and annual maintenance and repair schedules for electrical measurement and automation installations and equipment
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and standards
- Supervise and coordinate contractors and internal teams during project execution
- Perform technical assessments, inspections, and risk evaluations
- Develop project documentation: specifications, schedules, and reports
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and system reliability
- Support maintenance teams with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Contribute to CAPEX planning and budget control
- Ensure project milestones and quality standards are met
- Promote best practices in electrical safety and engineering excellence.
