Airbnb Resolution Customer Agent French & English

Your profile:

  • Ability to write and speak fluently, clearly and concisely in French and English
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, in shifts covering 10:00 – 00:00, Monday – Sunday, 5 days/ week
  • Availability to work from the office in Bucharest
  • Previous experience is mandatory, at least 6 months
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
  • Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
  • Strong team spirit with passion and drive to help users and deliver the best in customer service.
  • High level of mediation and composure

Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Agent for Airbnb:
  • You will provide support for complex situations that are happening while a reservation is active.
  • You will use your negotiation skills and make the best decision in a short time, delivering the outcome with soft skills.
  • You will use critical thinking and a high level mediation skills.
