Call Center Operator

You will

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, answering calls and registering claims
  • Guide customers by providing all the necessary information for their claims to be solved smoothly
  • Advise clients and support them in choosing the right insurance products
  • Collaborate with the support team to handle special cases and keep track of your daily work in our internal systems

You have

  • University degree (in progress or completed)
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
